Just a look at Target's latest signage at the checkouts! (Thanks Deal Seeking Mom)
It Reads:

To help you save in every way, we accept manufacturer’s coupons.
*We happily accept one manufacturer’s and one Target coupon per item.
I read somewhere (don't even ask me to try to remember)...but it seems that Target has been holding training meetings for coupons and what their policy for redemption is at the checkout. From the report I read, they were told something to the effect "ACCEPT EVERYTHING unless it is blatant fraud and do not argue with the customer". That was the jest of at least one meeting.

Those with problem stores may see things changing soon if they already haven't.
I think that all of you who have fought the good fight can reach around and pat yourself on the back for the changes we see happening at Target in regards to couponing. Seems to me that we are being heard finally. We've also recently seen the addition of the Target Coupon Policy added to their web site. So go forth and stack your coupons.

You may use ONE Target coupon and ONE manufactures coupon per item if they don't conflict with one another. Stack those two coupons on top of a sale and you should see your totals at the checkout fall dramatically. Everyone print out your copy of the Target Coupon Policy and the match-ups.

Go pull your coupons and head to the one place that makes my heart race....T-A-R-G-E-T! Remember, your goal should you accept this challenge, is to see just how low you can make your total due when the checker is done scanning ALL.OF.THOSE.COUPONS!!!!
