You know I give you the good, the bad and the ugly...so here is something that is better not 100% yet and surely not COUPON MAMA approved, but getting better.
UPDATE on Target issues. I have been to TARGET in ROCK Hill this week a couple of times for price checking, shopping and browsing...people are so NICE now...wow "reckon" that "Come to Jesus meeting helped! LOL". Also big shout out to DELLA if you see her tell her COUPON MAMA said hello.
