Genesis 1:25-27
25God made the wild animals according to their kinds, the livestock according to their kinds, and all the creatures that move along the ground according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good.
26Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth,† and over all the creatures that move along the ground.”
27So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.
Before you click play on this song I want to send this out to those who have doubted the blessing they have received or those who are trying to rush the "bad" to get to the "good". I want you to know on this day that God knows the plan and what you do behind closed doors to Glorify and Praise His name will be shown to be true. You were made in His image and as a child made in His father's image you have no way to go, but up no matter how bad it seems. This song is by Mary Mary and you may have to read the lyrics to understand some of the song, but KNOW that it is deep and mainly I get out of it that no matter what you see on the outside you better understand that everything that I did to get here (you did to get where you are) was because of God and my giving not my taking, but my tithing, my sowing, and this is simply the reward for my (your) faithfulness to being obedient to all He told me (you) to do. You wonder how she driving that car, you wonder how your Pastor living in that nice house, you wondering how your co-worker isn't worried about being laid off...it's the God in them!! I love this song. I'm a Christian but God is still working on me :). I happened upon your blog after doing a search for someone I know. I'm from Rock Hill but living in Europe right now I'm glad to see some positivity coming from my area. God Bless! It IS the GOD in ME!
